Jenny Schlegel

Jenny Schlegel

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Jenny manages the day-to-day operations, guiding and leading the extraordinary problem-solvers within our team. Part of the AGJ Systems & Networks formula for success is to know our machines, and to value our people; she gets to value the people who know the machines.

Jenny’s early career path started in medical coding. She began work at AGJ in 2010 as a bookkeeper and knew quickly this was a company she wanted to invest in and retire from. While a coder and bookkeeper may seem very different from being a COO for a leading IT company, there is one crucial aspect that remains the same; the quality of her work directly effects the people we are working for. Doing her job well results directly in our clients doing well, and every detail matters.

When not at work, you can find Jenny at church leading praise and worship, at home leading the kids, or at Hobby Lobby finding treasures to decorate her church or home.
